Wesley G.Dewsnup Project Scientist <br /> Mr. Dewsnup has over 30 years experience in the environmental industry in municipal and state <br /> government as well as the private sector. He has provided regulatory compliance assistance at all levels <br /> in hazardous waste management, hazardous materials emergency response and in management of overall <br /> health and safety in the hazardous substances arena. He has provided regulatory compliance training in <br /> all aspects of OSHA, RCRA, and DOT regulations. Mr. Dewsnup has served as a member of several <br /> advisory boards and committees for governmental and educational agencies and institutions. He has <br /> conducted and managed site assessment programs that have involved hundreds of Phase I ESAs and <br /> NEPA checklist evaluations of proposed wireless telecommunications sites and commercial properties as <br /> well as several Property Condition Assessments and Reports of commercial properties including hotels, <br /> industrial facilities,commercial buildings,and service stations throughout the United States. <br /> Eve J.Dunn Senior Project Geologist <br /> For more than ten (10) years after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of <br /> Utah, Ms. Dunn's experience has been varied including such responsibilities as conducting numerous <br /> Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) investigations, compliance audits, and field <br /> investigations. She also has been involved with managing and conducting Phase II environmental <br /> investigations, groundwater and soil remediation projects, and industrial construction dewatering projects. <br /> Ms. Dunn's professional background also includes National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) <br /> evaluations and Property Condition Report assessments. Environmental problems encountered in these <br /> studies have included issues such as bulk petroleum and solvent storage and use, industrial <br /> manufacturing, lumber treatment, and landfills and adverse environmental impacts such as groundwater <br /> contamination by organic solvents,petroleum hydrocarbons,acids,bases,and priority pollutant metals. <br /> Brett E. Cox Senior Scientist <br /> Mr. Cox has a diverse educational background and professional experience in environmental compliance, <br /> air quality, asbestos, geology, and geophysics. He has managed environmental site assessments and <br /> subsurface investigations, conducted compliance evaluations, and managed remedial action projects, and <br /> developed and implemented large-scale site evaluation programs. Mr. Cox has conducted and managed <br /> site assessment programs that have involved hundreds of Phase I ESAs and NEPA checklist evaluations <br /> of proposed wireless telecommunications sites in seven western states. As a project manager, he has <br /> overseen a multi-disciplinary effort to complete site evaluations, formulate deliverables, interface with <br /> relevant regulatory agencies, and complete additional environmental processing in compliance with <br /> Federal Communications Commission rules.
