Based on San Joaquin County records of 1987, groundwater <br /> level has been established to be sixty (60) to seventy <br /> (70 ) feet below grade. <br /> 2. All soil samples taken shall be analyzed 'by the following <br /> EPA methods: <br /> TEPH 3550 '& 3540 <br /> BTX & E 8020 <br /> 3. Data release forms--see attached <br /> 4. Cross section of excavated area--see attached . <br /> 5. Upon receipt of analytical results of stockpiled <br /> contaminated materials , suitability will be determined <br /> for possible use as base. If suitable , the location for <br /> use will be determined and be subject to further approval <br /> by San Joaquin Local Health District .
