ti <br /> SITE PLAN CHECK LIST•• DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> The site plan should be drawn on an 8}" x 11" or 18 " x 24" sized <br /> reproducible material . <br /> 1 . North point, date of drawing and scale . Use an engineer 's <br /> scale ( i .e . , 1" to 10 ' , 1" to 301 , etc ) . The direction of <br /> "north" should be shown pointing towards the top. <br /> 2 . Location, names and widths of all streets and easements bor- <br /> dering on the property with access details . If adjacent to a <br /> specific plan street, future widths must be shown. <br /> 3 . All property lines or boundary lines of the parcel with dimen- <br /> sions . <br /> 4 . 0 The type of development on all adjacent properties . <br /> 5 . Q A vicinity map showing the location of the property in rela- <br /> tion to surrounding streets . <br /> 6 . Q All existing structures located on the property and the loca- <br /> tion of any proposed structures ( both permanent and temporary ) <br /> with dimensions , square footage and distances from other struc- <br /> tures and property lines . The use and number of floors should <br /> be labeled on each structure. <br /> 7 . The location and dimensions of all off-street parking and <br /> interior drives with type of surfacing. (Clearly indicate the <br /> access road to the well site. ) <br /> 8 . The location of the water well and septic system, if applicable. <br /> 9 . Q Landscaping, existing and proposed and trees 6" or greater in <br /> diameter within 100 ' of the well site . <br /> 10 .0 Any unusual topographic features of the site. <br /> 11 .0 Drainage and/or sump system (check with Public Works before <br /> designing any drainage system) . <br /> 12 .0 Location and height of all signs and fences . <br /> 13 .0 Location of all storage areas. <br /> Site1p ans must be legible. Faint prints and light blue lines <br /> cannot be accepted because they will not microfilm. <br /> Before applying, it would be to your advantage to check with <br /> Local Health District, Public Works and Building Inspection <br /> Division requirements . (This permit relates only to zoning <br /> requirements . Permits and licenses may still be required by <br /> other agencies . ) <br /> Gas & Oil Well Development Plan - 8 - (8/86 ) <br />
