CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> HOLLY SUGAR CORPORATION <br /> SA-92-0059 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the approved use shall not be <br /> established nor building permits issued until the applicant has <br /> fulfilled all Conditions of Approval. <br /> DEVELOPMENT SERVICES: <br /> a. Unattended sumps shall be enclosed by a six-foot (61 ) high <br /> chain link fence. (County Ordinance Section 4-4104) <br /> PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. The driveway approach on Arbor Road shall be improved in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the drilling permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> b. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. An application for a drilling permit for test holes shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Division before drilling <br /> commences. The application shall contain a map showing test <br /> hole location, depth, and method of test hole destruction. <br /> b. Mud and wastes from the drilling and production shall be <br /> disposed of at a site approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> C. All unused or abandoned holes shall be filled with bentonite <br /> or other approved grout material, and the surface is to be <br /> left in its original condition. <br /> BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION: <br /> a. Secure a permit from the San Joaquin County Bureau of Fire <br /> Prevention before drilling commences. <br />
