Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required (Ordinance Code Section <br /> 9-10002). <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division (Ordinance Code <br /> Section 5-3003). Also, permit in our office never finaled. <br /> C. Repair the pipe on the north side of dwelling that is illegally putting waste on <br /> top of the ground. Plumb into the sewer system. <br /> d.
