The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for SC TRUCK WASH as of April 08, 2020. Open violations from June 14, 2018 inspection Violation#5-Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for detergent and aluminum brighter were not complete.The max daily amounts for aluminum brighter is listed at 110 gallons but the current max daily amount of aluminum brighter is 220 gallon. The max daily amount for detergent is listed at 2 pound but the current max daily amount should be 1200 pounds.This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. The emergency response procedures were not submitted. A training program was not submitted. Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, shall include safety procedures for the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to,familiarity with the facility's emergency response plans and procedures. These training programs may take into consideration of each employee. Immediately prepare or update the facility's training program, log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
