Safety Training Record and Job Descriptions. I hereby signing this raining record sheet conclude that Mr. Stephen Griffen has given me a copy of ov r "Training Program "for employees of Country Club Services D.B.A. Bob's Lube & Oil and has gone over said material with me. He has also done a field exercise with me. I also understand what the HMMP book is about and where it is located. I also understand that a copy of the Training Program is in our HMMP book. Antonette Torres : Cashier: Her primary job duties are to greet customers, fill out Work Orders, make notation of mileage sticker and cash the customers out. During down time ,beside on break, clean office, rest rooms and in and around the Lube Shop. In order for Antonette Torres to preform her duties she has been given this training. Print Name Sign Date Alezandre Rojas: Top Bay Personnel. Top bay duties are to pull vehicles in and out of the Lube Shop. Top off Oil and all other fluids, except brake fluid and any other fluids that are not assessable. Check all lights, check air filters and cabin filters and any other accessories. Check air in tires, wash windows and vacuum cars. Notify customers of any deficiencies and sale s rvices that are needed and approved by the customer first before any work is done. During down time, besides on break, clean Lube Shop inside and out. In order for Alezandre R jas to preform his duties he has been given this training. Print Name Sign Date Randy Carroll: Pit personnel. Pit Personnel duties are to drain oil, inspect the drain plug and gasket for possible replacement. Replace the vehicles oil filter and insert the drain plug. Unless Vehicle is in for an inspection only. Once the Vehicle is ready to start and is indeed started check t e oil filter and drain plug for leaks. When time allows help the Top Bay Personnel with their duties. In order for Randy Carrol to perform his duties he has been given this training.
