The manager,Xavier Hernandez, said that the metal grindings get thrown in with absorbent <br /> for disposal as Non-RCRA hazardous waste. No determination has been made on if the metal grindings are RCRA <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> Any person who generates a aste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste.
