The training records did not <br /> include the job title for eve employee. The training record also did not have the duties for every job title listed in <br /> relation to hazardous wast . Employee training records shall include: <br /> 1. the job title for each osition at the facility related to hazardous waste management, and the name of each <br /> employee filling each job; <br /> 2. written job descriptio for each position listed above; <br /> 3. written description of the type and amount of both introductory and continuing training that will be given to each <br /> person filing positions liste above; <br /> 4. records that docume t that the training has been given to and completed by facility personnel. <br /> Training records on current employees shall be kept until closure of the facility. Training records on former employees <br /> shall be kept for at least thr a years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. Ensure that employee <br /> training is properly docume ted. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66265.173 Failed to k ep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste. <br /> A white 55 gallon container f used antifreeze on the north side of the shop was open during inspection . All <br /> hazardous waste container shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close <br /> these containers and ensur all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. This was <br /> corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, CI ss II. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to mpletely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> A white 55 gallon container f used antifreeze on the north side of the shop only had the words"used antifreeze"and <br /> "hazardous waste" labeled .
