(ell Ey - 1 01<' <br /> 1y 3 J <br /> Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00042444 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> Complainant alleges that an employee in the food truck wipes sweat off hands and does not wash hands before handling <br /> food. Complainant did not have license plate number. Truck parks in the 76 Gas station and March Lane in Stockton. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7, <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Hand sink was blocked at time of visit. Sink shall be fully accessible at all times for proper hand washing. <br /> NOTE: Violation was corrected at time of visit. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. Truck that parks on this location is Tacos el Mayita lic#61383732. <br /> I was able to speak with owner Tony over the phone. <br /> Observation: No one is sweating at time of visit. Hand sink was full with a bin of picked food. <br /> Correction: Hand sink is to be used only for hand washing. Never use it for any thing else. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
