We welcome the assistance of the Environmental Health
Department in helping us in our compliance. While we are confident that all the wastes generated at
our facility have been properly disposed of, the recent inspection did uncover some deficiencies in our
record keeping, preparedness, container management, labeling and storage of hazardous wastes.
We have taken steps to thoroughly correct these violations by:
a. Taking immediate steps to correct the violations found.
b. Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to prevent future violations.
Our steps to return to compliance are outlined in the following report and we welcome your comments
as well as your re-inspection of our facility.
