Stockton CA, <br /> 95212. Owner has 3 trucks. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Jeff Carruesco and I arrived at the residence at 9:10 am.When we got there there was a van leaving.The lady driving the van <br /> stated they cook in the building in the back.We knocked on front door to speak to the owner. Kids came out and we asked to <br /> speak the father or the mother.The mother who is also the owner of business came out.We introduced ourselves and <br /> informed her about the complaint. She admitted they were preparing food to sell on vehicles. She stated the reason they do <br /> that is because there is no space in the trucks. <br /> We asked if could go out in the back and she gave us permission.There were 3 ladies working, preparing food and cooking <br /> food. <br /> The building looks like part was constructed long time ago and then there is section that looks like it wad added was added. <br /> There are some new electrical lines.There is a storm drain on the floor by the front of the building with standing water. The <br /> water appears to be coming from the sink which they use to wash utensils.There is also a water heater in the new addition. <br /> There are refrigerators in the building. <br /> The owner was informed about the requirements and to stop cooking and preparing food at the home.
