NO RESTROOMS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner's wife Ajejandra at 817-7280 on 03/13/19 and told her that we will require a rest room verification letter. <br /> Did not hear from Alejandra. Called her again 03/15/19. She stated that her brother in law will pick up the blank letter from our <br /> office and get them filled out. Mario came in a 9am and picked up blank letter. He told me that owner of Tire and Wheel <br /> provides them with rest rooms (they have key) <br /> Mario never returned letter. I spoke to Alejandra 03/20/19 to remind her that letter is required. She will remind her brother in <br /> law. <br /> 03/22/19 Got letter. Complaint abated <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
