r <br /> Paradise Point Marina -3- 9 January 2017 <br /> Stockton,San Joaquin County <br /> Site related to the petroleum investigation and cleanup such as: the fate of the stockpiled soil <br /> from the October 2015 remedial excavation, the fate of the Petroleum impacted groundwater <br /> from the Site extraction well, the fate of the petroleum impacted sewage discovered in the <br /> 6,000-gallon underground vault which is part of the Site's primary sewage treatment system, <br /> and any repairs to and operation of the Site's gasoline distribution system and primary sewage <br /> treatment system. <br /> 5. All work conducted at the Site, including the preparation of monitoring reports, should conform <br /> to the requirements of Appendix A of the Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations for the <br /> Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Tank Sites. The Central Valley Water Board no longer requires or accepts hard copy repots. Pursuant to <br /> California Code of Regulations, title 23, sections 3890-3895, you must submit electronic <br /> laboratory data (i.e., soil, soil gas/vapor, or water chemical analyses), locational data (i.e., <br /> longitude/latitude coordinates and surface elevation of monitoring wells), and any other data and <br /> documents generated in conjunction with environmental cleanups, to the State GeoTracker <br /> database.
