(PES) has <br /> prepared this addendum to the November 24, 2015 work plan to investigate the extent of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon-affected soil and shallow groundwater resulting from a subsurface fuel <br /> pipeline release at Paradise Point Marina in Stockton, California (the site or subject property, <br /> see Plate 1). Per your request in a June 29, 2016 email, this investigation work plan <br /> addendum has been prepared showing the locations of proposed soil and groundwater borings <br /> with sampling depths and well construction parameters for future monitoring wells. A plume <br /> map using data from the initial investigation has also been prepared per your request. Per your <br /> October 18, 2016 email, this work plan addendum also includes quarterly monitoring <br /> procedures for the two water supply wells located in close proximity to the fuel release. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Soil and Grab Groundwater Sampling and Analysis <br /> As part of this supplemental investigation, soil and grab groundwater samples will be collected <br /> from up to 14 locations (see Plate 2).
