The drums <br /> have been removed from our facility via Evergreen Environmental Services under the <br /> appropriate manifests,copy enclosed(attachments 3 and 4). Please note: as the contents <br /> of the 9 drums did not meet Evergreen Environmental's standard for dry content,we had <br /> to add more"oil dry" which increased the volume to dispose of to 11 drums.You will <br /> notice that the manifest shows 11 drums accordingly. <br /> We understand that the drums must be properly labeled with lids in place,and must be <br /> properly disposed of every 90 days or less. <br /> Also,enclosed you will find a copy of Phillips Transportation&Remediation Co. <br /> manifest for the 3 drums we had removed from our site on 6/19/2003 (attachment 5). <br /> Item 3: Labeling of hazardous waste containers. <br /> We have applied the required labels to our bulk waste antifreeze and bulk waste oil <br /> containers as required(attachment 6&7).The labels have been properly completed,and <br /> we understand that the contents of each must be properly disposed of every 90 days or <br /> less. <br /> Item 4: Covering hazardous waste containers. <br /> We acknowledge the requirement to keep hazardous containers covered. <br />
