Miller Ave PR#: 523216 <br /> Escalon, CA 95320 CO#: 0020630 <br /> The above referenced site was placed in the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) Local Agency Groundwater Protection/Underground Injection Control <br /> Program (UIC) after confirmation that disposal of a chemical waste to a septic system <br /> had occurred. Investigation for the chemical waste disposed to the septic system has <br /> been performed since that discovery. <br /> This report prepared by your consultant documents the sampling and laboratory <br /> analyses of the soil beneath the leach lines of the septic system. <br /> Based on information in the above referenced file and with the provision that the <br /> information provided to this agency was accurate and representative of site conditions, <br /> no further action related to a chemical disposal to that septic system is required. <br /> Please be advised that this letter does not relieve you of any liability for pollution not <br /> discovered during this investigation.
