This location is within the <br /> area of previous miscellaneous buildings and above ground oil storage tanks associated with the <br /> former SM McGaw Company road construction and paving operations. As such, Basics <br /> recommends a copy of this report be. forwarded to the local enforcing agency (San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department and/or Reginnal Water Quality Control Board)for their review. <br /> Based on the local regulatory agency review, the ownerloperator may be required to <br /> "define" or provide more specific information about the contamination problem, I lowever, since. <br /> (1) no significant levels of constituents of oil and grease (>-TVQCs. BTF.K or MTHF;) were detectcd <br /> or detected above regulatory actions; (2) no significant levels of petroleum hydrocarbons or its <br /> constituents were detected of detected above regulatory actions within the ground water; (3) the <br /> subject site is underlain by clayey silts and ground water is in excess of 45 to 50 feet below ground <br /> tiurfirce; (4) the subject site is located in an industrial area of the City of Stockton with no nearby <br /> beneficial uses of water or sensitive receptors; and (5) the subject site and surrounding areas are <br /> largely paved with concrete or asphalt, limiting surface infiltration, remedial actions may not be; <br /> required at this time. <br /> PHASE 11-04 4-3 02-EN V O02S <br />
