Treatment System Startup Monitoring <br /> Routine monitoring of the system and the surrounding monitoring <br /> wells will occur more frequently in the initial start-up phases, <br /> curtailing to twice per month once ground water depths and <br /> concentrations stabilize. <br /> Monitoring visits will entail checking all float switches and <br /> cutoff relays, recording flowmeter readings, gauging al-1 <br /> monitoring wells, and screening of water samples for carbon <br /> breakthrough. Prior to the quarterly reports required by the <br /> Regional Board, ground water from all existing wells will be <br /> sampled and analyzed. <br /> Monitoring Frequency Schedule <br /> daily first 3 to 4 days after start-up <br /> 2/week Week 2 to Week 4 <br /> 1 /week Week 5 to Week 16 <br /> 2/month thereafter <br /> 8 <br />
