LATE REVISIONS - 26 JUNE 1992 <br /> ITEM 7 - UNCONTESTED NPDES PERMITS <br /> Item 7. - EXXON COMPANY U.S.A., AND EDNA FILIPPI, FORMER EXXON RETAIL SITE <br /> 7-3942, GROUND WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM DISCHARGE, San Joaquin <br /> County (new) <br /> page 7-1 Finding No. 3, add the last sentence: <br /> "Discharge to the storm drain is also subject to approval by the <br /> City of Stockton" . <br /> page 7-3 Discharge Prohibition A.2, change "A. 12" to "A. 13" . <br /> page 7- 4 Insert Effluent Limitation B.4 to read as follows: <br /> "There shall be no acute toxicity in undiluted effluent. Acute <br /> toxicity is defined as less than ninety percent survival , fifty <br /> percent of the time, and less than seventy percent survival , ten <br /> percent of the time, of standard test organisms in undiluted <br /> effluent in 96-hour static or continuous-flow tests. " <br /> page 7-5 Provision No. 1, insert new Provision 1 to read as follows, and <br /> renumber remaining Provisions: <br /> "Discharge of treated ground water into injection wells is <br /> prohibited until a feasibility study has been submitted and is <br /> approved by Board staff. The feasibility study shall include <br /> provisions for a preliminary test of the injection system and <br /> ground water monitoring points across Pershing Avenue to determine <br /> the impact of reinjection on the ground water elevation, flow <br /> regime, and contamination, and the effectiveness of the <br /> reinjection system as a hydraulic barrier.
