MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -3- <br /> EXXON COMPANY U.S.A. <br /> FORMER EXXON RETAIL SITE 7-3942 <br /> GROUND WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM DISCHARGE <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> extraction system or is continuing to spread; plans for improvements to the <br /> ground water monitoring, extraction or treatment system; status of any other <br /> cleanup activities such as soil excavation or soil venting systems; and the <br /> anticipated date for completion of cleanup activities. The annual report shall <br /> also include the reasons for and durations of all interruptions in the operation <br /> of the treatment systems. <br /> All reports submitted in response to this Order shall comply with the signatory <br /> requirements of Standard Provision D.6. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on the first day of <br /> the month following effective date of this Order. <br /> Ordered by <br /> WILLIAM H.
