Influent samples shall be representative of the <br /> volume and nature of the influent. Time of collection of a grab sample shall be <br /> recorded. The following shall constitute the influent monitoring program: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> Total Petroleum mg/l Grab Monthly <br /> Hydrocarbons <br /> Benzene Ng/l Grab Monthly <br /> Ethylbenzene Ng/l Grab Monthly <br /> Toluene Ng/l Grab Monthly <br /> Xylene Ng/l Grab Monthly <br /> Lead (Total )* pg/l Grab Monthly <br /> * If lead is in groundwater <br /> EFFLUENT MONITORING <br /> Effluent samples shall be collected at the discharge from the final holding tank <br /> prior to being either reinjected or discharged into the storm drain. Effluent <br /> samples shall be representative of the volume and quality of the discharge. Time <br /> of collection of samples shall be recorded.
