Box 2009
Stockton, California 95201
RE: Placement of Vapor Monitoring Probes at 4444 Pershing Avenue, Stockton
Dear Mr. Knoll:
Attached is an "Application For Permit" form and a check for$35.00 to conduct soil vapor
monitoring at the above address. The purpose of this monitoring is to determine the sphere of
influence produced by pulling a vacuum on existing monitoring wells. The sphere of influence
will be determined by measuring the vacuum produced at other existing wells and by soil vapor
probes placed around the well being evacuated.
We are hoping to conduct this work on the 20 through the 22 of March.
Should you have any questions or need additional information, please give me a call.
Sincerely,
Qhm,
Senior Environmental Chemist
DEO:n
Attachment
