As neither the source nor the extent of contamination is <br /> known and no immediate threat to existing or potential <br /> ► <br /> water supplies appears to exist, no immediate cleanup <br /> should be initiated. A complete Problem Assessment <br /> Report, if required, should follow more complete <br /> determination of extent and discovery of the source of <br /> ` contamination. <br /> ► <br /> 3 . In order to most effectively direct future investigation/ <br /> cleanup activities, the following should be accomplished: <br /> ~ a. A records and title search to determine past adjacent <br /> property uses, with the objective determining other <br /> ► potential sources. <br /> b. Review of all available records concerning the <br /> underground storage tanks at the Shell Oil, Cardway <br /> Fuel, and 7-Eleven service stations, and any other <br /> properties found to have on-site fuel storage and/or <br /> handling. <br /> ► <br /> 4 . Following completion of Item 3, additional <br /> ► investigation/cleanup activities as appropriate should be <br /> identified.
