#EO-95-007-PP <br /> A copy of the Final RAP shall be distributed as follows: <br /> • To the information repository. <br /> • To all PRPs identified in the Final RAP, along with a <br /> transmittal letter stating that the PRPs may seek <br /> judicial review of the Final RAP within 30 days from <br /> the date of the letter. The PRPs may also dispute <br /> allocation of financial responsibility specified in <br /> the Final RAP by requesting arbitration within 15 days <br /> of date of the letter. (See Form Letter #7 in <br /> Appendix V. ) <br /> Send form letter to PRPs on the required submittal of the <br /> Remedial Design Phase and Implementation Plan. (See Form <br /> Letter #8 in Appendix V. ) <br /> A notice (display ad) must also be published stating that <br /> a Final RAP has been adopted. This notice must be placed <br /> in newspaper(s) of general circulation in the area <br /> affected by the Final RAP. (See Appendix IV. ) <br /> "6 . ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> 6 . 1 Site Mitigation Prosect Manacer <br /> • Ensures that the RAP has met all state and federal <br /> statutory and regulatory requirements . <br /> • Prepares all transmittal letters on the Draft/Final <br /> RAP and NEAR using standard language. (See Form <br /> Letters in Appendix V. ) <br /> • Ensures coordination of public participation and CEQA <br /> requirements. <br /> • Distributes or delegates distribution of Draft/Final <br /> RAP as specified in this policy. <br /> • Ensures publication of notice of public. mepting. <br /> • Reviews, approves, and ensures distribution of the <br /> Fact Sheet . <br /> • Generally makes presentation at public meeting. <br /> • Prepares CEQA documentation. <br /> • Prepares Responsiveness Summary. <br /> • Signs-off on all draft and final RAPs. <br /> 7 - 11/16/95 <br />
