Charter Way <br />Stockton CA 95206 <br />ATTN: Tom Bentz <br />ENF0005772 <br />Docket No. 19-FA0009152 <br />CONSENT ORDER <br />[California Health and Safety Code <br />Section 25404.1.1] <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, which is the Certified <br />Unified Program Agency (the "CUPA") for San Joaquin County, and Associated Tractor <br />Service Inc. , 4espondents) (collectively, the "Parties") have entered into <br />this Consent Order and agree as follows: <br />1. Respondents own and operate Associated Tractor Service Inc., a parts and <br />service business at 1323 W. Charter Way, Stockton CA 95206 (the "Site"). <br />2. The CUPA inspected the Site on October 4, 2016 for the Hazardous <br />Materials Program and issued a report of violations. The CUPA inspected <br />the site for Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator on July 5, 2018 and <br />issued a report of violations. <br />3. The CUPA alleges the following violations of Chapter 6.95 of the California <br />Health and Safety Code ("HSC"), San Joaquin County Ordinance (SJO) <br />and California Code of Regulations (CCR) <br />3.1 The Respondents violated HSC § 25508(a)(1), failed to annually <br />certify that the business plan is complete, accurate and up to date. <br />-1- <br />CONSENT ORDER Associated Tractor Service Inc. <br />
