The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for DELGADO AUTO REPAIR as of June08, 2020. <br /> Open violations from December 06, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #2 - Failed to complete and electronically submit a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. <br /> Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to <br /> the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#3 -Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. A Hazardous Materials Business <br /> Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for <br /> materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and <br /> pressure. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br /> enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#6 -Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> A site map was not completed or submitted as part of the business plan. A site map shall contain a north <br /> orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, <br /> emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency <br /> response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as <br /> "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br /> upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
