ESCALON March 07, 2016 <br /> ' SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS 1,CLASS 11,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> One 55-gallon container of used filters had a lid but was not closed. Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, <br /> stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start <br /> date. This container was closed at the time of inspection, ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. This <br /> was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 4-7-2016. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include <br /> your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br /> activities and required fields. <br /> NOTES: the following minor violations were corrected at the time of inspection <br /> 1) An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information was not posted. There must be at least <br /> one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following <br /> information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of <br /> fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, <br /> unless the facility has a direct alarm.
