All liquid and solid dairy wastes from this operation are to .be retained on the <br /> premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem. <br /> b. The number of dairy animals per acre shall not exceed an amount which would <br /> preclude good waste management practices. Applicant is to contact the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board regarding filing a Waste <br /> Management Report to be approved by Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board and the Environmental Health Division. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of Grade "A" <br /> permit.
