A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the <br /> owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for <br /> review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and <br /> signed by a Licensed Land Surveyor or a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer licensed to practice land surveying. <br /> (Civil Engineers registered after January 1, 1982 , are <br /> not licensed to practice land surveying. ) <br /> b. The existing Williamson Act Contract shall be amended <br /> to reflect the new configuration, by filing a new <br /> Williamson Act Contract with the Communty Development <br /> Services Division.
