STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> SD-93-134 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1105. 2 (b) <br /> 2 . Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by <br /> Section 9-1120.2 of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1145.2) . <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $1, 999 . 00 per multi-family dwelling unit in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required <br /> for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6. 9 percent. An <br /> additional 3 . 5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment for <br /> processing and administering the program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 5. The city of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of <br /> Service Units (R.O.S.U. ) for sanitary sewer have been granted for <br /> the proposed second dwelling unit prior to approval of the building <br /> permit application. (New sewer lateral may be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105. 3) <br /> 6. A "Will Serve" letter from the California Water Service Company <br /> shall be required prior to issuing of the building permit. <br /> ( D e v e l o p m e n t T i t l e S e c t i o n 9 - 1 1 1 5 . 2 ) <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on December 7 , 1996 . Renewal will <br /> require a new application with a new fee. The new address for <br /> the second unit dwelling is: 1963 East 9th Street, Stockton <br /> CA. <br />
