REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION <br /> SD-94-14 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be exempt for this <br /> development. (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on March 23 , 1997 . Renewal will require <br /> a new application with a new fee. The new address for the <br /> second unit dwelling is 20702 East Ayers Avenue, Escalon. <br />
