An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, <br /> on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading, shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . Additional <br /> run-off created by the new development shall remain on- <br /> site, and pond capacity calculations shall be submitted <br /> to the Public Works Department for approval . <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. (The fee currently is $2 , 182 . 00 per <br /> 1 , 000 gross square feet of building as a classification <br /> 0181 in Manteca area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted annually by the Engineering Construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> Resolution R-89-946 suspends to the fee until February <br /> 1 , 1990, which has been continued until February 21 , <br /> 1990. <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Relocate and rededicate new septic system leach area <br /> and state on revised plans or improvement plans that <br /> the leach filed area will be barricaded so it can not <br /> be driven over, parked on or used as a storage or <br /> process area. The leach field area must be used for <br /> that specific purpose only and can not contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> NOTE: Payment of school fees may be required prior to <br /> issuance of building permits.
