Delete Parcel A and B <br /> designation on record of survey map . <br /> 2 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> Prior to recordation of the survey map , the following <br /> conditions shall be met : <br /> a. Construction of an individual domestic water well <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Local <br /> Health District or connection to an approved existing <br /> individual domestic water system on Parcel A is <br /> required . <br /> b. This lot line adjustment shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance #549 . A <br /> percolation test and a minimum sewage disposal area a e <br /> required for Health District approval .
