The permitted use shall not, st any time,develop into a nuisance, as herein dined. If, in the <br /> opinion of the Board of ZoninEr Adjustment,Planning Commission,or Board of Supervisors,any <br /> County Ordinance or State Law or regulations or conditions attached hereto are being violated <br /> in eonnoction with the operation of this use,that they retain Lire power to revoke or modify this <br /> permit.For the purposes of this Use Permit,a nuisance is defined as folio-Na: <br /> "Nuisance is defined as anything resulting from unreasonable or unlawful practices <br /> or froin neglect whirl is,or tends to be injurious to health,safety,or public welfare, <br /> ax in unsightly or offensive to the senses so as to interfere with the comfortable <br /> 1 Eaiovmen.t of life or property in the neighborhood area,as such neighborhood area <br /> is defined by the Planning Commission ore Board of Zoning Adjustment." <br /> 2. The attached Plot Plan is hereby made a permanent part of this approved Use Permit and shall <br /> be identified as"Ea;iibit A,"and all constriction,reconstruction,moving,remodeling,or other <br /> structural alterat;:on shall be made in conformity therewith Any variation from said Plot Plan <br /> j shall be first approved by the Planning Department,Planning Comm:esion,or Board of Zoning <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 3. This Use Permit is granted under the condition that said permit not be transferred within a 90 <br /> day period sites the date of approval- <br /> 4.
