The referenced business, Specialized Truck SVC, has ceased operation at this address and relocated to 1624 Alpine, Stockton since November 2014. The perimeter gate was locked and the garage doors closed; attempt to contact property owner was unsuccessful, and access to the facility was not available for this inspection. Therefore, this inspection was carried out from outside the perimeter gate. Verified no business is currently operating at this location and no waste outside the building was observed. Facility will be inactivated from SJC Hazardous Waste Generator inventory. In telephone conversation with Fernando of Specialized Truck SVC on March 10, 2015, a copy of the disposal records of all the hazardous waste disposed when the business relocated will be faxed to this office (468-3433) as a condition for inactivating facility from the SJC Hazardous Waste Generator inventory. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
