The granting of the Variance will not constitute a grant of special privileges inconsistent with the limitations upon other properties <br /> in the vicinity and zone in which the property is situated . <br /> The granting of the variance for the lowering of the frontage to 220 ' from 330 ' would still allow the parcel to have a frontage larger <br /> than two existing parcels of the same zone lying directly across the street . These two parcels ( 001 -210 - 017 and 011 -210 - 029 ) <br /> currently have frontage smaller than the 330 ' . <br /> 3 .
