The scope of services <br /> provided by Clayton is described in Clayton's Proposal No. 11241 to Mr. Wooton dated <br /> July 8, 1996. <br /> PREVIOUS PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> In June 1993, Clayton conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of the <br /> subject property (Clayton Project No. 49178.00, June 29, 1993). For the previous <br /> Phase I environmental site assessment, Clayton made the following findings and <br /> recommendations: <br /> • The subject site is identified by the San Joaquin County Assessor's Office as <br /> Parcel No. 149-140-I1 on a 4,300 square feet lot. The nine-story, concrete- <br /> and wood framed office structure, which comprises approximately 3,500 square <br /> feet per floor, was constructed in 1917. The immediate site vicinity is <br /> classified as a central business district. <br /> -cEAn electrical transformer was located beneath the sidewalk located on the <br /> eastern side along San Joaquin Avenue. The electrical transformer appears to <br /> Q- be in good condition with no visible surrounding stains.
