Clayton used the ASTM Standard E 1527-94, "Standard <br /> Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br /> Process" as a guideline. In conducting the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br /> Update of the subject property, Clayton performed the scope of work described in <br /> Clayton's Proposal No. 11241. <br /> FINDINGS <br /> Database Reuort <br /> • Clayton reviewed available government database information prepared by VISTA <br /> Information Solutions, Inc. Of San Diego, California, to evaluate both the subject <br /> property and any listed sites within ASTM-recommended search distances, which <br /> could potentially impact the target property. A copy of the database search report is <br /> included in Attachment 1. Federal and state databases reviewed included the <br /> following: <br /> Search Distance <br /> Database (miles) <br /> • Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and 0.5 <br /> Liability Information System (CERCLIS) List, USEPA <br /> • State Equivalent CERCLIS List (SCL), California 1.0 <br /> Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control (DTSC) <br /> • National Priority List (NPL), USEPA 1.0 <br /> • Emergency Response Notification System (ERNS), USEPA 0.125 <br /> and US Coast Guard, National Response Center, Department <br /> of Transportation <br /> • Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), USEPA <br /> - RCRA - Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSD) 1.0 <br /> - RCRA - Generator (GNRTR) 0.125 <br /> • Resource and Conservation Recovery Act Violations (RCRA <br /> Viol), USEPA 0.125 <br /> • RCRA Corrective Actions (CORRACTS), USEPA 1.0 <br /> • Toxics Release Inventory System (TRIS), USEPA 0.25 <br /> K:T-M R\P70448170448R00.232 <br />
