The three parcels are <br /> identified as San Joaquin County Assessor Parcels: 045-290-01, 045-290-21, and 045-280-08. Also <br /> enclosed, is a check for the permit fee in the amount of$267 ($89 per parcel), a copy of the work plan <br /> review letter from the City of Lodi's consultant, Farr and Associates, dated August 21, 1997, and a <br /> letter from Mitchell Drilling Environmental approving Delta to sign well permit applications as an <br /> agent for their company. It is my understanding that a copy of Delta's work plan, dated June 30, 1997, <br /> has already been forwarded to you. <br /> Delta has scheduled work to begin on Monday, September 8, 1997. Delta will notify you 48 hours in <br /> advance to schedule a grout inspection. Your expedient review of our permit application would be <br /> greatly appreciated.
