I received verbal approval for the installation of four monitoring wells to be <br /> located in the in the corners of the Holz site which spans three parcels. <br /> I have issued the following permits for drilling to be performed by Mitchell Drilling <br /> Environmental: <br /> Environmental Health Drilling Permit#13565 for two monitoring wells on APN 045-290-01 <br /> Environmental Health Drilling Permit#13566 for one monitoring wells on APN 045-280-08 <br /> Environmental Health Drilling Permit#13567 for one monitoring wells on APN 045-290-21 <br /> 1 have scheduled a grout inspection for Monday at 2:00 PM. If there are any changes, please <br /> notify me as soon as possible. In the future, please do not schedule drilling until permits <br /> have been issued. <br /> If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. <br />
