The <br /> well which was installed in the area where SBI will be located was actually MW3. I also <br /> received telephone calls from Randall Hays and John Farr indicating that the City of Lodi had <br /> granted approval for SBI to be drilled and sampled in the proposed location. I also informed <br /> Randall Hays and John Farr of the numeric identification of the wells which were installed this <br /> week, based on PHS/EHD's information obtained in the field by Mike Berrington who is the <br /> field geologist representing Delta Environmental. <br /> Thank you for your efforts to keep me informed of the various schedule changes which have <br /> accompanied this week's field work. If I can provide any further information regarding <br /> permitting activities, please do not hesitate to contact me. <br />
