G67-09 01 <br /> Management ann <br /> EnyrconmBntal Control <br /> Ms Jaclue Doub <br /> Aegis Environmental, Inc <br /> 1050 Melody Lane, Suite 160 <br /> Roseville, California 95678 <br /> Re Third Quarter 1992 Ground-water Monitoring Report, <br /> 4445 Pershing Avenue, Stockton, WIC# 204-7524-2408 <br /> Dear Ms Doub <br /> This letter report presents the results of the third quarter 1992 ground-water <br /> monitoring event for the Shell 01 Company (Shell) service station at 4445 <br /> Pershing Avenue, Stockton Monitoring at this site is bung conducted on a <br /> quarterly basis <br /> GROUND-WATER ELEVATION SURVEY <br /> On July 13, 1992, static water levels were measured in all site wells before <br /> purging and sampling Water levels were measured to 0 01 foot from the top of <br /> the well casing using an oil/water interface probe. A summary of field <br /> measurement data including water-level measurements, and ground-water <br /> elevations from this quarter and four previous monitoring events is presented in <br /> Table 1 <br /> SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS <br /> Ground-water samples were collected on July 13, 1992 from monitoring wells <br /> MW-1 MW-2, MW-3, and MW-4 A site map, including the monitoring well <br /> locations (MW-4 not included), ,s attached, as provided by Aegis Environmental. <br /> Ground-water monitoring wells were purged before sampling using a polyvinyl <br /> chloride bailer, a low-flow submersible pump, or a Teflon® bailer Samples <br /> were collected using a Teflon bailer The procedures used to purge and <br /> sample ground-water monitoring wells were detailed in our November 14, 1991 <br /> Proposal to Conduct Ground-water Monitoring for Shell 011 Company, and were <br /> included in our first quarter 1992 report. <br /> Quality Control samples for third quarter 1992 monitoring included a trip blank, <br /> field blank and a duplicate well sample (labeled X-Dup).
