Box 5155San Ramon, California 94583
Attention: Mr. Ron Bock `
RE: Quarterly Report
Former Unocal Service Station #5098
5606 Pacific Avenue
Stockton California
Dear Mr. Bock,
This report presents the results of the most recent quarter of
monitoring and sampling of the monitoring wells at the referenced
site by Kaprealian Engineering, Inc. (KEI) , per KEIIs proposal
(KEI-P88-1013 .P2) dated August 23 , 1991, and as modified in KEI ' s
report (KEI-P88-1013 .R2) dated July 15 , 1992 . The wells are
currently monitored monthly and sampled on a quarterly basis. This
report covers the work performed by KEI from July through September
r
of 1992 .
BACKGROUND
The subject site formerly contained a Unocal service station
facility and presently contains an office building. Five monitor-
ing wells (four on-site, and one off-site) currently exist at and
in the vicinity of the site.
A site description, detailed background information including a
summary of all of the soil and ground water subsurface investiga-
tion/remediation work conducted to date, site hydrogeologic
conditions, and tables that summarize all of the soil and ground
water sample analytical results are presented in KEI ' s report (KEI-
P88-1013 .R2) dated July 15 , 1992 .
RECENT FIELD ACTIVITIES
The five wells (MW6 and MW10 through KW13 ) wereiionitored and
sampled once during the quarter, except for well MW6 , which was not
sampled because it was dry. Prior to sampling, the wells were
checked for depth to water and the presence of free product and
sheen. ✓No free product or sheen was noted in any of the wells
during the quarter. The monitoring data collected this quarter are
lie summarized in Table 1.
2401 Stanwell Drive Suite 400
Concord California 94520
TE 1 510 602 5100 Fax 510 687 0602
