Tlns report of findings did <br /> not include a conclusion or recommendation section and there was no professional dtsmsston <br /> concerning this phase of investigation or remedial plans <br /> You art hereby directed to submit a professional conclusion and recommendation section <br /> addendum to this report that details the findings of this most recent phase of investigation <br /> and discusses UNC CAL's plans for either ftuther investigation or remedial/feasibility <br /> studies. Further investigation and feasibility study plans shall include a detailed time <br /> schedule for all activities associated with the tasks. The addendum is due at PHS-EHD by i <br /> October 1, 1999. This is your official notification that this site n not in compliance with <br /> directives issued by PHS-EHD and that you have 90 days from the date of this letter to <br /> come into compliance. Failure to comply with this 90-day notice may result in a request to <br /> the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB)Clean Up Fund to remove this site from <br /> eligibility to receive reimbursement funds. <br /> Also missing from this report are site maps showingpetroleum concentrations in"iso-concentration <br /> contours" format. PHS-EHD was unable to locate groundwater oxygenate data for MW-19S or <br /> 19D and HP-1 as required by PHS-EHD in the November 20, 1998 directive.
