CONTAINMENT DRAINAGE RECORD (40 CFR 112.8.c.3) <br /> This report must be completed when storm water is drained from secondary <br /> containment(s) at the facility. The completed report should be maintained with SPCC <br /> Plan as part of recordkeeping practices. <br /> 1. Name of containment being drained. <br /> 2. What is the approximate water depth in the containment? Inches. <br /> 3. Calculated volume of water. gallons <br /> 4. Does the storm water within the containment appear to have any ❑ Yes ❑ No <br /> petroleum or oil sheens which would cause a harmful discharge? <br /> 5. If yes, do not drain the containment. Contact the SPCC Coordinator and arrange for proper <br /> disposal. If disposed off-site obtain proper manifests and attach manifests. If disposed or <br /> treated in other manners, discuss in comments. <br /> Date of Disposal: Disposal Company: <br /> Comments: <br /> 6. If no to question 4, proceed with draining the containment and monitor until the drainage is <br /> complete. Include inspection of any submerged oil equipment. <br /> 7.
