Food Express , Inc . - Lathrop , CA <br /> `w If Measures listed in 40 CFR 112.7(c) are not Practicable <br /> 40 CFR 112.7(d) <br /> All measures noted in 40 CFR 112.7(c) are practicable, are in place, in use and <br /> no items need to be addressed in 40 CFR 112.7(d). <br /> Inspections, Tests & Records 40 CFR 112.7(e) <br /> All oil product handling employees of FXI will be trained to observe the <br /> aboveground storage tanks, valves, associated pumps, aboveground piping, oil drum <br /> storage area, and dispensers for potential problems. If a problem is observed, the <br /> employee shall inform management, who will in turn take the necessary action. <br /> The forms found in Appendix B, C, and D are to be used to record the <br /> inspections. All aboveground storage tanks, valves, aboveground piping, spill control <br /> areas, secondary containment, and emergency response equipment and supplies shall <br /> be inspected monthly by FXI's employees. Each inspection will be recorded, dated, <br /> signed, and placed in the appropriate Appendix of this SPCC Plan. All items requiring <br /> attention will be noted and corrective action taken before the item is deemed to be in <br /> compliance. The dispensing area is inspected monthly and any defects, spills, or stains <br /> are reported to management for corrective action. <br /> All vegetation is controlled and no vegetation is allowed to grow in or around <br /> secondary containment. Combustible garbage type and debris are also controlled and <br /> no accumulation is permitted in or around the oil product storage and containment <br /> areas. Preventive maintenance actions are incorporated into FXI's operation and <br /> housekeeping measures are established. <br /> Tanks are labeled to show the oil product that they contain and to express the <br /> reactivity and hazard of the oil product within the storage tank. No tank is allowed to sit <br /> on the ground. All surfaces of the oil product tanks can be and are inspected monthly for <br /> possible compromise to their integrity. <br /> Any and all testing and certification records, as appropriate, will be maintained in <br /> this SPCC Plan for five years or in the appropriate maintenance report log for the <br /> regulatory agency that has jurisdiction on the testing requirements. <br /> Metal thickness testing was performed on October 6, 2012. The aboveground <br /> fuel storage tank passed its integrity testing. Testing will be maintained on a two year <br /> cycle.
