Food Express , Inc. - Lathrop , CA <br /> Tank Truck Loading- Nnloading Area Containment 40 CFR 112.7(h) <br /> As is applicable to any of the associated oil product storage containers, all of the <br /> piping, pumps, headers, values and flanges for the single wall fuel oil product tank is <br /> contained on the concrete pad. Loading hoses can be moved for loading fuel into the <br /> fuel oil product tank. Any discharge, spill or pipe rupture will be contained and mitigation <br /> measures will be taken by trained personnel on site. Only compromise to the tank truck <br /> or hose connection to the truck would result in a discharge outside of the controlled <br /> containment system. The area where the delivery truck parks is located just west of the <br /> concrete pad area. Any discharge or spill that cannot be contained will flow southwest <br /> and be contained on site. <br /> All drivers and site personnel would be expected to cease all oil product flow and <br /> contain the discharge utilizing on-site prevention procedures and equipment. Absorbent <br /> materials and booms will be used and proper containment, storage, and disposal <br /> procedures will be implemented. <br /> Management will be notified of any discharge or spill from the load inglunloading <br /> area and proper procedures within this SPCC Plan will be implemented. <br /> Field Constructed Tanks 40 CFR 112.7(1) <br /> No oil products storage tanks were constructed on site. All storage tanks were <br /> manufactured and delivered to the facility.
