Food Express , Inc. - Lathrop , CA <br /> Subpart B <br /> Requirements for Onshore Petroleum Oils <br /> General Requirements 112.8 40 CFR 112.8(a) <br /> FXI will operate in compliance with the requirements of Section 112.7, as <br /> outlined in this SPCC Plan, and the specific discharge, spill prevention and containment <br /> procedures listed in Section 112.8 as set forth below. <br /> Facility Drainage Diked Areas <br /> 40 CFR 112.8(b)(1) and (2) - diked areas <br /> No dikes exist on the facility. All drainage occurs through designed drainage <br /> plan. There are no drain valves for the oil product containment areas. <br /> Facility Drainage Undiked Areas <br /> 40 CFR 112.8(b)(3) and (4) - undiked areas <br /> FXI does not utilize undiked areas with the exception of the fuel delivery into <br /> their oil product storage tanks.
