Food Express, Inc. - Lathrop, CA <br /> , 1 <br /> 40 CFR 112.7 <br /> The Facility's Conformance with the requirements of 40 CFR <br /> 112.7(a)(1) & (2) <br /> FXI has elected to maintain two areas for its aboveground oil product storage <br /> space. FXI has taken reasonable steps to comply with 40 CFR 112.7. In each stage of <br /> their business growth, painstaking steps have been taken to ensure that methods to <br /> divert any hazardous liquids release to selected areas thus enabling a sensible and <br /> manageable clean up and procedure that can be addressed quickly and efficiently. The <br /> main oil product fuel storage diesel tank is secured within a certified double wall UL <br /> 2085 12,000 gallon steel tank. <br /> Containment consists of: <br /> 1 - 12,000 gallon double wall certified UL 2085 steel horizontal Above Ground <br /> Storage Tank(AST)with attached tank supports on concrete for#2 Diesel <br /> fuel. <br /> `' ` • 1 - 220 gallon used oil single wall steel horizontal AST contained on a <br /> concrete and securely located inside the shop. <br /> • 1 -220 gallon motor oil single wall steel horizontal AST with attached steel tank <br /> i supports on concrete located within the shop. <br /> All of the single wall oil product tanks are securely supported on concrete and are <br /> protected from vehicular damage. The certified UL 2085 double wall #2 Diesel fuel tank <br /> is securely located on concrete and surrounded by steel bollards. The exterior, or shell, <br /> of the ASTs are inspected monthly and recorded in Appendix B & C. Any discharge or <br /> spill within the containment systems will be controlled and appropriately addressed by <br /> trained employees of FXI. The containment area is inspected monthly to ensure the <br /> integrity of the primary oil product storage system. <br /> Environmental Services 9 <br /> 2012 <br />
